OUR NEW ADDITION!

Hey Everyone,

Last Monday we got a new addition to our house a miniature schnauzer named Pepper. She is a really cute dog! She doesnt shed and the kids love her! She is almost 8 weeks old now we got her when she was 6 weeks old. The first couple of nights she whined all night and it drove Jason and I nuts! So we decided to put her to bed with Alexia and she never made a peep after a week! I soon discovered though that by the time noon hit each day Alexia was exhausted and I soon came to realize that she wasnt sleeping very well at night! With school fast approaching I knew that this would be a problem seeing that Alexia goes all day this year. So we tried putting Pepper in her kennel once again to sleep at night. Suprisingly enough she has slept the entire night in her kennel these past few nights so I am relieved that she is sleeping all night and that she doesnt have to sleep with someone! I had to buy her a collar with a bell on it so I could keep track of her while she is roaming in the house! She is really good about going outside to the bathroom! She is in the biting stage of being a puppy and Olivia holds her own when she tries to bite her! Alexia loves to play outside with her, she chases Alexia all over the yard! Ethan tries to steer clear of her, he got knocked down by our boxer Rosie on accident when they were playing outside, so now he is a little bit weary of all dogs!
